During a visit and working session with the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, listened to a preliminary report from the ward's leadership regarding the situation following the merger, particularly concerning the resolution of administrative procedures at the Ward's Public Administrative Service Center.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the collective efforts of the officials and civil servants of Buon Ma Thuot Ward, who, along with other localities in the province, have worked hard to prepare for the merger process, ready to operate under the new organizational model starting from July 1, 2025.

Comrade Ta Anh Tuan emphasized that this is a historic moment for the country and the province, with the restructuring and reorganization aimed at streamlining and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the apparatus, creating new development momentum. In the initial phase of implementation, the situation requires the collective leadership, officials, and civil servants of Buon Ma Thuot ward to make efforts, uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity, overcome difficulties, and fulfill their tasks well in the new context. It is necessary to promptly grasp the work processes of the newly implemented organizational model across all departments; proactively disseminate information widely, and promote awareness among the public to support the restructuring and reorganization of the apparatus; with particular emphasis on important administrative services for citizens such as civil status and land issues. Timely identification and resolution of issues at the grassroots level is essential to prevent prolonged grievances. During the operational process, it is important to promptly advise on resolving overlapping tasks between levels and sectors that create difficulties in management and inconvenience for citizens and organizations.
